This policy explains what information WebFavor ("we," "us") collects at webfavordesigns.com, how we use it, and your choices. We keep data collection to a minimum.

- Contact & project details you submit through our form: your name, business name, email, phone (optional), and your message.
- Payment information when you buy a package: this is collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to our host (e.g., IP address, browser type) as part of normal web traffic and security.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your free demo and quote.
- To deliver, maintain, and support the services you purchase.
- To send you service-related messages about your project.
3. Service providers
We share only what's necessary with trusted providers that help us operate:
- Formspree — delivers your contact-form messages to us.
- Stripe — securely processes payments.
- Netlify — hosts the website.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used for display.
Each operates under its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies & tracking
Our marketing site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential third-party services (like Stripe during checkout) may set their own cookies needed to function.
5. Data retention
We keep inquiry and project information only as long as needed to provide our services and for reasonable business and legal records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Just email webfavordesigns@gmail.com and we'll handle it promptly.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with security headers, and payments are handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant systems. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will reflect changes.
