Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information WebFavor ("we," "us") collects at webfavordesigns.com, how we use it, and your choices. We keep data collection to a minimum.
1. Information we collect
- Contact & project details you submit through our form: your name, business name, email, phone (optional), and your message.
- Payment information when you buy a package: this is collected and processed entirely by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to our host (e.g., IP address, browser type) as part of normal web traffic and security.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data.
2. How we use it
Reviewed project requests: the project-request page keeps your name, business, reply email, selected service, message and optional requested call date/time in its current page memory until you choose a download, unsent email draft or reviewed form send. The form sends those reviewed details and a random request reference through Formspree to WebFavor's inquiry route. Provider acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery, a confirmed booking, payment or an agreed order. A failed or uncertain send is not automatically retried. The page keeps an opaque pending-attempt reference in this browser tab's session storage to discourage duplicate sends; it does not save your contact details there. Formspree and our email provider may retain submitted messages under their own policies. Permission to respond to a request is not marketing-list enrollment.
Design references — updated handoff: choosing a service link from the library now passes a closed catalog identifier, not your personal details, to the matching planner. A visible, initially unchecked choice controls whether that identifier is included in your reviewed brief. URLs containing identifiers may be handled as ordinary hosting access requests. A selected concept remains a reference, not an approved design, a finished app, a customer record or an order. Optional local reference downloads and email drafts may include the identifier only when you choose to include it. This updates the earlier description that service links did not carry a reference.
Cross-industry demonstrations: the sample work page uses fixed synthetic choices and page-memory interactions. Its intake, grooming and task-board demonstrations create no customer record, booking, price quote, approved work or provider send. The browser app starter remains a local downloadable example, not an account-based hosted client app.
Current availability: these additions do not activate a live AI assistant, shared customer accounts, external analytics, automated marketing, connected advertising accounts or campaign spending. Do not submit passwords, secret keys, payment details, health information or customer lists through these public tools.
Design library — historical October 5 version, superseded by the updated handoff above: filters and selected concept variations stay in the current page memory. The library adds no account, analytics, upload, saved favorites or automatic message. Explicit SVG and text downloads save a concept and its reference to your device. Service links open the existing planning pages; they do not transfer the selected reference, personal information or an order. Ordinary hosting access handling still applies. Added October 5, 2026.
Advertising project planner: project requests, format choices, requested review rounds and dates remain in the current browser page until you download them or explicitly send an email yourself. Local TXT/JSON exports may contain the optional reply email you entered and are not encrypted by this tool. The planner uploads no brand assets, creates no shared client record and verifies no client decision, payment or delivery. The advertising concept tool can also export a PNG raster draft of its local SVG concept; it sends no image to an external generation service.
Advertising concept builder: this browser-only tool keeps your entries in the current page's memory. It does not upload a brief, set tracking cookies, connect an advertising account or send email automatically. Downloading a draft saves it to your device. Choosing "Open email draft" passes your reviewed brief to your own email application; sending it then uses your email provider and shares it with WebFavor. Do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords or customer lists. This technical description was added October 5, 2026.

3. Service providers
We share only what's necessary with trusted providers that help us operate:
- A form-delivery provider — delivers your contact-form messages to us.
- A payment processor — securely processes payments.
- A hosting provider — serves the website.
- A web-font provider — serves the fonts used for display.
Each operates under its own privacy policy. We'll name any of them for you on request — just email us.
4. Cookies & tracking
Our marketing site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential third-party services, such as the payment processor during checkout, may set their own cookies needed to function.
5. Data retention
We keep inquiry and project information only as long as needed to provide our services and for reasonable business and legal records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Just email webfavordesigns@gmail.com and we'll handle it promptly.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with security headers, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will reflect changes.
