Ordering & booking websites for restaurants, cafés, salons, gyms, bakeries, shops and trades

You did the work. You earned the customer. You still pay to reach them.

Your regulars already know your name. The apps and marketplaces in between still take 15 to 30 cents of every dollar they spend — a finder's fee on people you found yourself. We build you your own site: real ordering or booking, a working cart, card payments landing in your bank. What you earned stays yours.

Type it and watch this page take your name. Nothing is sent.

We build the demo first. Nothing is owed until you've clicked through it.

The Twist & Pearl ordering site — a working build by WebFavor

Above: a real build of ours, running inside this page — not a mock-up and not a screenshot. Switch trades with the tabs.

01 — The cut

What it costs to
rent your own regulars.

Set your own figures. Every number further down this page moves with them. No app takes a cut of what you sell? Set their cut to None — the page will say so rather than invent a loss.

Sends a link that opens this page on your numbers.

Their own published rates, run against your own figures. Not our estimate.

A year, drawn to scale. The step at the top is your money.

Both columns start at zero and are drawn to scale against each other.

At the figures you set, your own ordering site keeps $71,767 a year and the marketplace keeps $56,156 — a difference of $15,611. These are your own numbers, not a measured statistic.

02 — The receipt

Same orders.
Two very different months.

Nothing here is a projection. It is the published commission schedule run against the numbers you just set. Change them and every figure on this page moves with you.

03 — Two builds you can order from

Not screenshots.
Sites that take orders.

Open one. Put a drink in the cart, change the sugar level, apply the promo code, watch the total move. All of it works, because we don't ship anything that doesn't. Card payment is built and deliberately switched off in these two — nobody should be able to pay a shop that doesn't exist. Both of these happen to sell food — the same machinery runs a salon's booking calendar or a shop's product list.

This is a real cart, running inside this page. The ticket prints, and the two totals underneath show exactly what the marketplace would have taken out of it. Swap the drinks for haircuts, classes or products and it behaves the same way.

    What's actually in it

    01

    Online ordering & booking

A real menu, service list or product list with per-item options, a working cart, and pickup, delivery or appointment checkout. The ticket hits your inbox the moment it's placed.

    Standard
    02

    Card payments

Through a merchant account opened in your own name. The money goes from your customer's card to your bank on the processor's normal payout schedule. We are never standing in the middle of it.

    Standard
    03

    Phone first, then everything else

Most people find you on a phone, hungry, standing up, using one thumb. That is the screen we design for. The desktop version comes second.

    Standard
    04

    Fast on purpose

Written by hand. No page builder, no pile of plugins. The pages stay small so they open before an impatient person gives up. The search results notice too.

    Standard
    05

    Deals, gift cards, repeat business

Promo codes, weekday deals that apply themselves, digital gift cards, and a sign-up list that belongs to you. These are the tools that bring the same person back on Thursday.

    Standard
    06

Found when they search your name

Page titles, descriptions, and the structured data that puts your hours, address and menu into the search listing and beside the map.

    Standard
    07

    Yours, permanently

HTTPS, spam filtering, security headers, and every file sitting on your own hosting account. No lock-in, and no ransom to leave.

    Standard
    08

    Direct access, no layers

The people who build your site are the people who answer your email. No ticket numbers, no account managers, no handing your project down a chain.

    Standard

    06 — How it goes

Four steps. No meetings about meetings.

    01

Send a photo of your menu

Crumpled paper is fine. Grease on it is fine. We type it up and price it out.

    02

    We build it first

About two days later there's a working site with your own food on it. Nothing is owed at this point and there is no card on file.

    03

    You pull it apart

Wrong colour, bad photo, dish in the wrong place, price we misread. Say so. We keep changing it until you'd send the link to a regular without wincing.

    04

    Live on your own domain

Orders and payments wired up, your map and search listing sorted from the Standard tier up, and a short call so you can run the thing yourself.

    07 — Price

    One payment. Then it's yours.

A commission is a subscription you never signed.

No subscription just to exist online. A care plan afterwards is optional, month to month, and cancels whenever you like.

At the numbers you set above, the middlemen take $1,560 out of you this month. The whole build is $880. Once.

    Basic

Up to 4 pages · takes card payments · live in about a week

About twelve days of what they take.

For the shop that needs to exist properly online and be able to take money for something. A shop with no site isn't neutral, it's suspicious. Someone searches the name, finds a stale listing with the wrong hours and two photos taken by strangers, and picks somewhere else. This is the fix for that, and it's the smallest amount of money we can do it properly for.

Up to 7 pages · menu and cart · live in one to two weeks

About fourteen days of what they take.

For the shop that wants a real list of what it sells, and wants people to find it. A pretty page nobody reaches is a poster in a locked room. This tier is the plumbing — the titles and descriptions, the structured data, the map and search listing, the reporting that shows what people actually looked at.

    • Up to 7 pages, including a gallery page and an FAQ page

The setup fee is us taking over the day-to-day running of the site that is already yours — backups, uptime monitoring and security hardening set up once and properly on your own account. It happens once and it isn't charged again.

Everything above is built and handed to you finished. Day to day you only ever do three things: answer the order emails, tap a price or an hour when it changes, and post to your listing when you feel like it. Anything bigger, you email us.

They'll take more from you between now and Christmas than this whole site costs once.

The price reflects what it costs to build the thing, not what it costs to run an agency around it. No account managers, no layers, and nobody between you and the work.

The free demo is a genuine working preview, not unlimited custom work. We build it before you pay anything. Once you've seen it and ordered, we refine with you — the revision rounds listed on each package — before it goes live. You own every file. Care plans cancel anytime. Ordering means you agree to our terms and refund policy.

    08 — Before you ask

    The awkward questions

Still unsure? Email and a person answers, usually the same day.

01Do I have to leave the apps and marketplaces?

No, and most businesses shouldn't at first. Keep them for discovery — new customers genuinely do find you there, and that's worth paying for. Your own site is for the regulars who already know your name and are only tapping the app out of habit. Every one of those you move across is money you keep, and you can move them one at a time without anything dramatic happening.

02How do I know the work is any good?

Open the builds above and use them. Add something to the cart, change the options, apply a promo code, go through to checkout. They are complete working sites, built end to end under brands of our own, and you can try to break them. Most studios show you a picture of a website and ask you to imagine the rest. We would rather hand you the keys. Then we build yours free, before you pay, so you can judge your own site exactly the same way.

03I paid someone for a website before and nothing came of it. Why is this different?

Fair. Usually one of three things went wrong: it was slow, nobody could find it, or it couldn't take an order — so it was a brochure, and brochures don't earn. We build for the phone first so it opens fast, we set up the search and map listing so people arrive, and the ordering tier actually takes money. And you see the working thing before you pay, so if we've failed at any of that, you'll know before it costs you.

04Will my customers actually use it instead of the app?

Some will and some won't, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing. The ones who move are the regulars, and they move for two reasons: it's cheaper for them without the service fees, and you can give them something the marketplace can't — a code, a weekday deal, a gift card. Put the link on the receipt, on the door, in the reply to a review. It's a slow shift, not a switch. But it only has to happen once per customer.

    05$580 seems low. What's missing?

Nothing is missing from what is listed. What is missing is the overhead. You are not paying for account managers, sales commission or the layers in between. Basic is a small site done properly, not a big site done badly — it takes card payments from day one, and if you need a full ordering cart with per-item options, that is the $880 tier and it says so. We would rather quote you the right one than sell you the cheap one and disappoint you.

06Who owns it, and where does the money go?

You own it. Every file, on your own domain and your own hosting account. Stop working with us tomorrow and the site keeps running exactly as it is, because there's no platform to be locked out of. Customer payments go into a card-payment account opened in your name, from the customer's card to your bank on the processor's normal payout schedule. We never have access to the balance and never take a percentage.

07My prices change. I'm not technical. Who edits it?

Either of us. We'll show you how to change prices and hours yourself on the handover call, and you get a plain-English guide with your own site's screenshots in it. If you'd rather not, that's what a care plan is for — you email us "shrimp fried rice is $16.50 now" and it's done. No portal to log into and no password to lose.

    09 — Commission

    Tell us what you sell.
    We'll send back a website.
